As such, students are allowed to bring cell phones into the class sessions under the condition that the cell phones remain off (not on a silent ring or “vibrate” setting) at all times during the day, on the premises, or during program functions.  After class sessions or during breaks, the student may use and check their cell phone but must turn the phone off before beginning any program activities.
