Master the fundamentals of the Graham technique in this live Wellness Wednesday workshop with Janelle Ings!

Janelle attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts and was a fellowship student at The Ailey School. She earned her BFA in Dance from Montclair State University and her Master’s in Arts Administration from Seton Hall University. Since 2001, she has been a full-time dance teacher within Newark Public Schools.
