Ceguera o pérdida de la visión
Braille signage is available throughout NJPAC, including elevators, restrooms, salons, seating boxes and emergency stairwell exits. Audio descriptions and sensory seminars are sometimes available upon request with at least two weeks of advance notice.
Movilidad limitada
We offer designated areas for wheelchair users who want to remain in their wheelchair, and for those who prefer to transfer to a theater seat. Adjacent seats are also available for purchase. Staff assistance is available from the theater entrance to the seating area. All levels of NJPAC are accessible by elevator. There are also accessible parking spaces adjacent to the elevator on all three levels of Military Park Garage.

We’re happy to welcome registered service animals. Please contact the Box Office in advance so we can be prepared for your arrival.
hearing impaired
We’re happy to provide assisted listening devices upon request. The FM system in Prudential Hall Betty Wold Johnson Stage and the Victoria Theater Lizzie & Jonathan Tisch Stage require a special receiver. Under-the-chin headsets and neck loops (personal teleloop) for T-coil users are available. In the Chase Room, we offer Sennheiser infrared devices. A driver’s license or credit card is required as a deposit for all systems. Advance copies of scripts, synopses or an overview of events are sometimes available with at least two weeks of advance notice.

quiet room
For nursing parents or guests who need a sensory break, a Zen Den is available on the Grand Tier. Please speak to a member of the Guest Services Team for entry.

All restrooms are wheelchair accessible and have been rated some of the best in the state. Restrooms are located on all five levels and on both sides of Prudential Hall and on both levels of the Victoria Theater. Restrooms for the Chase Room are across the hall.
A gender inclusive restroom is located on the second tier, house right side of Prudential Hall.
