What’s expected of you
All Ambassadors are expected to promote NJPAC events and the institution as a whole by way of social media, email marketing, flyers, and/or by word of mouth. While the expectation is not for Ambassadors to market every event or initiative NJPAC produces, ideal Ambassadors take delight in sharing with their networks the exciting programming the Arts Center has to offer.
For promotions that are a trade (i.e tickets for social content), Ambassadors are required to uphold their end of the exchange, and promote the event in the methodology specified within the trade agreement. Repeat failure to uphold the stipulations of a trade agreement will result in that individual or venue’s termination from the Ambassador program.

NJPAC Ambassadors who specialize in content creation are invited to develop social media content that will be posted both natively and cross-collaboratively online. We’re looking for fun and engaging content that will expand NJPAC visibility on social media, promote specific events and highlight our organization’s institutional efforts, including, but not limited to: Arts Education, Arts, Well-being, and Community Engagement programs.
Ambassadors who are not primarily content creators will have the opportunity to participate in social media initiative orchestrated by the NJPAC Digital Marketing Team.
The ideal NJPAC Ambassador is someone who has a proven track record of cultivating community — whether in-person or online. One of the key goals of this program is to build new audiences, networks and communities for both NJPAC and our Ambassador. We welcome innovative ideas on ways in which we bring people from all walks of life together for the advancement of the the arts and of our society at large.
